Player EMPIREinWAR of Aion’s Siel server has been selected as the winner of NCsoft’s “Leave Your Legacy: Aethertech” campaign with the submission “5H-0G0” suit, which EMPIREinWAR will have a chance to work with the dev team on the official name. EMPIREinWAR’s submission was selected out of multiple creative designs for its relevance to Aion and comical design that utilized the Shugo race.

“With a chance to immortalize an idea into the game, it was important for us to consider all of the design elements of each submission and their relevance to the existing Aion world,” said Sean Orlikowski, associate product manager, Aion. “The development team chose this specific design for obvious reasons – nothing says Aion like the Shugo race. And with new technology entering the land, you can bet the Shugos will be there to corner the Aethertech market in any way possible. Once you go Shugo…”

The Aethertech class is coming to Aion with update 4.5.
